One of my favorite parts of the Power 90 series is the Yoga. Although I am still in the early parts of the workout, I have previously done the P90X Yoga segments and they are awesomely intense. They are so intense that I can't just jump to it or I am sure I will hurt myself. Additionally, the P90X Yoga workout is pretty long, 1.5 hours long, which is hard to fit into my lunch break. Anyways, another workout in the bag. Woot! Namaste.
