There is something about Mondays that feels either exhilarating or just down right boring. Most of the time for me it is the later, booooooring. I wake up, and I have completely forgotten what I was working on last week, most likely because it wasn't that important to begin with. Mondays remind me of . . .
Getting in the groove

I had to wake up early this Saturday to fit in the last day of exercise on week one. I always struggle working out in the morning because I usually wake up stiff (my muscles, get your head out of the gutter). Today was no exception to that rule. I usually like to have a salad after working out, and cutting vegetables turns into a secondary exercise of attempting not . . .
Day 3 of exercising
Wooooo! Third day of exercising and my (non-existent) abs feel like they've been in a street fight. In addition to my belly, my legs and butt feel exhausted, in a good way. I assume I'll be walking around like an octogenarian for the next couple of days, tenderly and slowly. I just need to make it passed the first week and I'll be . . .
